I use an integrative approach, using tools from a number of techniques, including cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, emotionally focused, and mindfulness strategies.

Therapy can help individuals to address confusion, past wounds and trauma, develop skills in managing emotions, improve relationships, and achieve personal growth. I also help with grief and bereavement.
Teletherapy utilizes electronic technology to accomplish therapy when meeting in person is not possible or is inconvenient, and has been used extensively during the COVID 19 crisis. I offer videoconferencing to meet clients who live distant from the office or have health problems that represent risk when meeting in person.
